Indications :
Combination of fosfomycin with erythromycin has wide spectrum efficacy on negative and positive bacteria and mycoplasma also .
This product suitable to treat poultry ( broilers ,breeders ) from disease that caused by mycoplasma ,streptococcus ,CRD ,coryza ,staphylococcus ) and infections sensitive to fosfomycin and erythromycin .
Doses:
Poultry : 125-150 mg \ 1 kg body weight for 3-7 days.
100 g \ 200 liter drinking water for 3-7 days
